Julia Gamborg Nielsen trained at the Carl Malmsten Furniture Studies. She has exhibited her objects at Design Weeks in Milan, New York and Stockholm. She has exhibited pieces in some of Swedens finest establishments such as Waldermarsudde and Artipelag. Julia Gamborg Nielsen has a background in the Arts and strives to create sculptural pieces. Her upbringing in Africa and Asia has influenced her appreciation for crafts and organic ornamentation. She works with three-dimensional structures based on repetition and asymmetry.
